No. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. I do not accept cancelations, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. If you're unsure about getting a reading, service, or product from me, please consider holding off on placing an order. In-person readings are held in public co-working spaces or cafes in East Tokyo (near Ueno station). I will email you the directions once your appointment date and payment have been confirmed. Please note that depending on the venue, it may be necessary to purchase a beverage at your own expense.
